REGULAR MEETING, ANNSVILLE TOWN BOARD, JULY 11, 2006
A regular meeting of the Annsville Town Board was held on July 11, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 9196 Main St. Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor John Boardman Councilman Pamela Dibble Councilman Carl Roser Councilman Mark Trnchik
OTHERS PRESENT: Randall Bowman, Assessor; Harlan Moonen, NOCCOG Representative; Christine Broski, Town Clerk; and approximately 25 area residents.
During privilege of the floor, the Palmer Road swimming hole was discussed. A copy of the no parking ordinance will be given to law enforcement.
On motion of Boardman, second by Trnchik, the minutes for the month of June were accepted. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
On motion of Roser, second by Trnchik, the clerk's report for the month of June was accepted. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
On motion of Roser, second by Boardman, the June Supervisor's report was accepted. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
The overgrown shrubs in front of the town hall will be moved to another location at the town hall and smaller shrubs will be placed in front.
The town was awarded a grant for $625.00 in January for preservation of artifacts from the Glenmore Town Hall that have historical value.
On motion of Boardman, second by Dibble, accepted the June Code Enforcement Officer's report. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
On motion of Boardman, second by Dibble, approved the payment of the General ($5,486.14), Highway ($11,358.02), Sewer District ($239.11), and Water District #1 ($11,778.22), Water District # 75 ($207.00), McConnellsville ($2,555.62), Lighting # 1 ($495.61), # 2 (&296.37), # 3 ($90.12) bills. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED

SPECIAL MEETING, ANNSVILLE TOWN BOARD, JULY 29, 2006
A special meeting of the Annsville Town Board was held on July 29, 2006 at 9:15 a.m. at the Town Highway Garage, Meadows Road, Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor John Boardman Councilman Carl Roser Councilman Mark Trnchik
OTHERS PRESENT: Randall Bowman, Assessor; Rick Marshall, Highway Superintendent, Andy Zalepeski, Angelo DePasquale, Ray Lappin, Christine Broski, Town Clerk.
Bookkeeper Pam Dibble will be meeting with Ray Lappin tomorrow to go over town records.
A position will be advertised for clerical help for the town for Supervisor, Codes, Court, Highway and Assessor. Duties will include bookkeeping and require computer skills. Compensation will be dependent on qualifications and experience. The Town Clerk will check to see what other towns are paying for compensation.
There was a discussion about possibly changing the date of the monthly meeting. It will be discussed at the next regular meeting.
There was an issue about a dog that was impounded. The dog law will be reviewed.
There is a problem with the Glenmore Town Hall. The building is closed until some testing is done and some code violations are resolved. The Board of Elections will be notified that the primary and election must be at another location.
