REGULAR MEETING, ANNSVILLE
TOWN BOARD, OCTOBER 8, 2015
A regular meeting of the
Annsville Town Board was held on October 8, 2015 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall,
9196 Main St. Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor Scott
Leuenberger
Councilman James
Armstrong
Councilman Christopher
Narolis
Councilman Michael Nobis
Councilman
Mark Trnchik Sr.
OTHERS PRESENT:
Christine Broski, Town Clerk; Rick Marshall, Highway Supt.; Randall Bowman,
Assessor; and approximately 6 area residents.
Nobis made a motion,
seconded by Trnchik, to approve the minutes for September. VOTE:
AYES 5 ADOPTED
Nobis made a motion,
seconded by Armstrong, to approve the minutes for the Public Hearing in
October. VOTE: AYES 5
ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Trnchik, to approve the minutes for the Special Meeting in
October. VOTE: AYES 5
ADOPTED
Armstrong made a motion,
seconded by Trnchik, to approve the clerk’s report for September.
VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Nobis made a motion,
seconded by Trnchik, to approve the Supervisor’s report for the month of
September. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Armstrong, for the water district to pay off the loan from the
general fund. VOTE: AYES 5
ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Nobis, to make a $ 50.00 donation to the American Legion
for the Halloween party. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Armstrong made a motion,
seconded by Trnchik, to reappoint David Kobernuss to the Board of Review for a
5 year term to expire in 2020.
VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
The tentative budget was
received by the Board and is on file at the town clerk’s office.
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Nobis, to approve the following for payment: Highway
(46,750.58); General (15,370.61); Sewer District (13,366.31); Water 1(10,012.25);
Lighting (977.06). VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Nobis, to adjourn the meeting. VOTE:
AYES 5 ADOPTED

SPECIAL MEETING, ANNSVILLE
TOWN BOARD, OCTOBER 21, 2015
A special meeting of the
Annsville Town Board was held on October 21, 2015 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall,
9196 Main St. Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor Scott
Leuenberger
Councilman James
Armstrong
Councilman Michael Nobis
Councilman
Mark Trnchik Sr.
OTHERS PRESENT:
Christine Broski, Town Clerk
No bids were received
for the Waste Water Treatment Plant project.
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Nobis, to readvertise for bids for the project. VOTE:
AYES 4 ADOPTED
The tentative budget was
reviewed and discussed and several changes were made.
Nobis made a motion,
seconded by Trnchik to advertise for a public hearing on November 5, 2015 at
7:00 p.m. to increase the sewer rates from $ 60.00 per quarter to $ 90.00 per
quarter. VOTE: AYES 4
ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Trnchik, to adopt the tentative budget as the preliminary budget. VOTE:
AYES 4 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Armstrong to advertise for a public hearing on the budget for November
5, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED

seconded by Nobis, to adjourn. VOTE:
AYES 4 ADOPTED
