REGULAR MEETING,
ANNSVILLE TOWN BOARD, DECEMBER 10, 2015
A regular meeting of the
Annsville Town Board was held on December 10, 2015 at the Town Hall, 9196 Main
St. Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor Scott
Leuenberger
Councilman James
Armstrong
Councilman Christopher
Narolis
Councilman Michael
Nobis
Councilman Mark
Trnchik
OTHERS
PRESENT: Christine Broski, Town Clerk; Randall Bowman, Assessor;
Rick Marshall, Highway Supt.; and 7 area residents.
On motion of Trnchik,
second by Nobis, the minutes for the regular meeting for the month of November
were accepted. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
On motion of Armstrong,
second by Nobis, the clerk’s report for the month of November was
accepted. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
On motion of Trnchik,
second by Armstrong, the Supervisor’s report for the month of November was
approved. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
On motion of
Leuenberger, second by Nobis, voted in favor of transferring the property
located on the corner of Route 13 & Powell Road in the Town of Vienna that
is jointly owned by the Town of Annsville and Town of Vienna to the
McConnellsville Fire Department, with the conditions that the Town of Vienna is
also in favor and that the McConnellsville Fire Department pay the legal
expenses and subject to the final approval upon completion of required transfer
documents. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
On motion of Leuenberger,
seconded by Trnchik, approved the purchase of a new John Deere Loader and
approved advertising the current loader for
sale. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
On motion of
Leuenberger, seconded by Trnchik, approved order two new Western Star plows for
a total of $471, VOTE: AYES
5 ADOPTED
On motion of
Leuenberger, second by Trnchik approved the payment of the following
bills: General (90,647.54), Highway (16,494.81), Sewer District
(6,533.83), Water District 1 (1,245.13), Water 75 (1,347.03), Lighting 1
(1,002.05). VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
On motion of
Leuenberger, second by Trnchik, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00p.m.
