REGULAR MEETING,
ANNSVILLE TOWN BOARD, January 7, 2016
A regular meeting of the
Annsville Town Board was held on January 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall,
9196 Main St. Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor Scott
Leuenberger
Councilman James
Armstrong
Councilman Christopher
Narolis
Councilman Michael
Nobis
OTHERS PRESENT:
Christine Broski, Town Clerk; Randall Bowman, Assessor; Rick Marshall, Highway
Supt.; and approximately 7 area residents
Alternates for the
proposed formation of the Lee Center Taberg Road Water District were
discussed. There is only one that is
feasible as the district is so small.
On motion of
Leuenberger, second by Nobis, selected alternate 1 plan to investigate further.
VOTE:
AYES 4 ADOPTED
On motion of
Leuenberger, second by Nobis, approved going forward with the addition to the
town hall. Justice Tryon applied for and
received a $15,000 grant. The project
will be put up for bid in March. AYES

On motion of Leuenberger,
seconded by Armstrong, approved going to executive session for a personnel
matter. AYES 4
ADOPTED
On motion of
Leuenberger, seconded by Nobis, ended the executive session and resumed the
regular meeting. AYES 4 ADOPTED
On motion of Leuenberger,
seconded by Nobis, accepted the meeting dates and times, Robert’s Rules of
Order, bill payment schedule and payroll schedule and the following
appointments for 2016

PUBLIC HEARING,
ANNSVILLE TOWN BOARD, JANUARY 21, 2016
A Public Hearing of the
Annsville Town Board was held on January 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall,
9196 Main St., Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor Scott
Leuenberger
Councilman James
Armstrong
Councilman Michael
Nobis
Councilman Mark
Trnchik
OTHERS PRESENT: Christine Broski, Town Clerk; Randall Bowman,
Assessor; Brian Skidmore, Barton and Loguidice and 10 area residents.
The public hearing was
held to review the draft Map, Plan and Report, and the Full Environmental
Assessment Form (FEAF), for the potential formation of the “Lee Center-Taberg
Road Water District”.
Supervisor Leuenberger
opened the public hearing and introduced Brian Skidmore from Barton and Loguidice
who then explained the project in detail.
An Environmental Assessment is necessary. There are still many particulars that need to
be worked out.
On motion of
Leuenberger, second by Nobis, the public hearing was adjourned at 8:25p.m.

Annsville Town Board was held on January 21, 2016 at the Town Hall, 9196 Main

On motion of
Leuenberger, second by Noibs, made a motion to be the lead agency for State
Environmental Quality Review process and initiate the coordinated review
process. VOTE: AYES 4
ADOPTED
The auditing of the
books of the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk and Justice Tryon were completed.
With there being no
further business, Trnchik made a motion, seconded by Nobis to close the meeting
at 9:00p.m. VOTE: AYES 4
