PUBLIC HEARING, ANNSVILLE
TOWN BOARD, March 10, 2016
A public hearing of the
Annsville Town Board was held on March 10, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall,
9196 Main St. Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor Scott Leuenberger
Councilman James
Armstrong
Councilman Christopher
Narolis
Councilman Michael
Nobis
Councilman Mark
Trnchik
OTHERS PRESENT: Christine Broski, Town Clerk; Rick Marshall,
Highway Supt.; Randall Bowman, Assessor; Brian Skidmore and Eric Schuler,
Barton & Loguidice and approximately eight area residents.
A public hearing was
held to review the draft map, plan and report for the formation of the “Taberg
Lee Center Road Water District. Brian
Skidmore, from Barton & Loguidice explained the project. The report was reviewed and discussed. There are several details that need to be
addressed.
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Leuenberger to close the public hearing at 7:45. VOTE:

A regular meeting of the
Annsville Town Board was held on March 10, 2016 at 7:45 p.m. at the Town Hall,
9196 Main St. Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor Scott Leuenberger
Councilman James
Armstrong
Councilman Christopher
Narolis
Councilman Michael
Nobis
Councilman Mark
Trnchik
OTHERS PRESENT: Christine Broski, Town Clerk; Rick Marshall,
Highway Supt.; Randall Bowman, Assessor; and approximately seven area residents
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Trnchik to open the regular meeting at 7:45. VOTE:
AYES 5 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Armstrong, to approve the minutes for the month of February. VOTE:
AYES 5 ADOPTED
Armstrong made a motion,
seconded by Nobis, to approve the clerk report for the month of February. VOTE:
AYES 5 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Nobis, to approve the Supervisor’s report for the month of
February. VOTE: AYES 5
ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Nobis, to cancel the plans for the town hall addition as
there are some construction obstacles.
VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Nobis, to place a ½ page ad in the Program Book for the
American Legion for a cost of $50.00.
VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Nobis, to approve the following for payment: General (14,930.51); Highway (179,622.78);
Sewer District (2,464.34); Water 1 (97.74); Water 75 (1,276.14); Lighting
(1,032.23). VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Leuenberger to adjourn the meeting at 8:45pm.
