REGULAR MEETING, ANNSVILLE TOWN BOARD, APRIL 14, 2016
A regular meeting of the Annsville Town Board was held on April 9, 2015 at 7:25 p.m. at the Town Hall, 9196 Main St. Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Supervisor Scott Leuenberger
Councilman James Armstrong
Councilman Michael Nobis
Councilman Mark Trnchik
OTHERS PRESENT: Christine Broski, Town Clerk; Rick Marshall, Highway Superintendent; Randall Bowman, Assessor; Jennifer Armstrong, NOCCOG; and ten area residents.
On motion of Leuenberger, second by Trnchik, the regular meeting was opened at 7:25. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
On motion of Leuenberger, seconded by Nobis, approved the Resolution Adopting the Proposed Lee Center-Taberg Road Water District. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion, seconded by Leuenberger, to approve the minutes for the month of March. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
Armstrong made a motion, seconded by Trnchik, to approve the clerk’s report for the month of March. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion, seconded by Nobis, to approve the Supervisor’s report for the month of March. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
Councilman Christopher Narolis arrived to the meeting.
Leuenberger made a motion, seconded by Trnchik, to reappoint Sonja Zavaro as a Planning Board member for a five year term. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a motion, seconded by Armstrong, to readvertise the sewer project with a completion date of mid July. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a motion, seconded by Nobis, to return the grant money received from the state for the addition to the Town Hall as the project cannot be completed due to construction complications. VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a motion, seconded by Trnchik, to approve the following for payment: Highway ($16,921.21); General ($11,411.99); Water 1 ($9,133.82); Sewer ($3,326.56); Lighting ($981.81). VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a motion, seconded by Trnchik to adjourn.
