A regular meeting of the
Annsville Town Board was held on August 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall,
9196 Main St. Taberg, with the following members present:
PRESENT:
Supervisor Scott
Leuenberger
Councilman Christopher Narolis
Councilman Michael Nobis
Councilman Mark Trnchik Sr.
OTHERS PRESENT:
Christine Matt Broski, Town Clerk; Ricky Marshall, Highway Supt.; Randall
Bowman, Assessor; Jennifer Armstrong, NOCCOG; and 12 area residents.
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Trnchik, to accept the NYMIR insurance proposal presented
by Bill Gates including the cyber security proposal. VOTE:
AYES 4 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Leuenberger, to approve the minutes for the month of July. VOTE: AYES 4 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Nobis, to approve the clerk's report for the month of July. VOTE:
AYES 4 ADOPTED
Trnchik made a motion,
seconded by Nobis, to approve the Supervisor's report for the month of July.
VOTE: AYES 5 ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a motion,
seconded by Trnchik, to go to executive session to discuss a personnel
matter. VOTE: AYES 4

motion, seconded by Trnchik, to close the executive session. VOTE:

Leuenberger made a motion,
seconded by Nobis, to approve change order for the contract extension date for
the completion of the sewer project from July 15th to September 23rd. VOTE:
AYES 4 ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Nobis, to purchase a pressure washer on state bid. VOTE:
AYES 4 ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Nobis to advertise for the Water Superintendent position
for 2017. VOTE: AYES 4
ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a motion,
seconded by Trnchik, to approve the following for payment: Highway
($315,057.58); General ($9,799.76); Sewer District ($2,296.01); Water
1($205.46); Lighting ($858.24). VOTE:
AYES 4 ADOPTED
Leuenberger made a
motion, seconded by Trnchik, to adjourn at 8:15p.m. VOTE: AYES 4
