Annsville Planning Board meeting/ Public Hearing Minutes

The public hearing opened at 7:32 PM.
Public hearing for Robert Raymond subdivision 3452 State Route 69, Taberg, NY 13471: Applicant desires approval for a minor subdivision of 7.6 +/- acres into 2 lots. Tax parcel # 167.000-1-68.2
Those in attendance: Joan Myers, Robert Raymond, Philip Buckingham and members of his family to include Mr. and Mrs. Gagne. No public present
All in attendance made the Pledge of Allegiance.
Remarks: Mr. Raymond reduced the size of the smaller lot of the subdivision to 0.834 +/- acres. This minor change was acceptable to the planning board members.
Motion made by C. Siegel to close the public hearing; 2nd by R. Link. All in favor; Motion approved.

APB regular monthly meeting called to order at 7:35 PM by Chair C. Siegel.
Board members present: Colleen Siegel, Remi Link, and Dana Cook
Absent: Adam Harden, Ed Sprock, Debra Sprock
The minutes from the October meeting were reviewed. R. Link made a motion to accept the minutes; 2nd by C. Siegel. All in favor; Motion approved.
C. Siegel made a motion to approve the minutes from August and September; 2nd R. Link. All in favor; motion approved.
Floor opened to the public: No remarks.
1st order of business:
Robert Raymond application process resumed.
•1. Motion to approve the minor subdivision by C. Siegel; 2nd R. Link. All in favor; motion carried. Final approval for Robert Raymond minor subdivision granted.
•2. C. Siegel signed the Mylar Map of the final plat and 2 copies.
2nd order of business:
Philip Buckingham/Gagne Minor subdivision.
•1. Mr. and Mrs. Gagne presented a survey of the subdivision and the deed to the property. C. Siegel explained that a complete application must be submitted before the board can consider the application for subdivision. Chair Siegel explain to Philip Buckingham and the Gagne's what documents were missing and provided them with a copy of the TOA Subdivision law.
3rd order of business:
Chair Siegel discussed the wording of the notice that will go out with the tax bill alerting landowners about the subdivision law in Annsville.
Chair Siegel reviewed the content of the TOA budget meeting and November's Town Board meeting. She indicated that there were no changes to the planning board budget.
Congratulations to Dana Cook on filling Kathy Sweatman's seat. Dana was approved as a Planning Board member by the Town board during the November meeting.
The Planning Board reviewed Mr. Van Pelt's application for possible alternate position. The board agreed that based on his application, he is qualified for the position.

The next meeting date is December 16, 2009 at 7:30 PM.
The Town Board meets December 8, 2009 at 7 PM; 2nd Tuesday of the month.
