Annsville Planning Board meeting/ Public Hearing Minutes

The public hearing opened at 7:30 PM.
Public hearing for Philip Buckingham/Gagne 2-lot subdivision, Glenmore Rd, Taberg, NY 13471: Tax parcel; #150-000-29.4
Those in attendance: Mr. and Mrs. Gagne. No public present
Chair Siegel motioned to close the public hearing at 7:33 PM; 2nd R. Link; All in favor; Motion approved.
APB regular monthly meeting called to order at 7:33 PM by Chair C. Siegel.
All in attendance made the Pledge of Allegiance.
Board members present: Colleen Siegel, Remi Link, Dana Cook, and Ed Sprock
Absent: Debra Sprock Adam Harden
1st order of business:
Buckingham application process resumed.
•1. Chair Siegel stated that the County responded to the Agriculture Data form. The county had no recommendations
•2. Chair Siegel reviewed the final plat and noted that it did not have documentation of "Final Plat" on the map. Siegel wrote this information on the Mylar and paper copies of the final plat
•3. Motion to approve the minor subdivision by C. Siegel; 2nd D Cook. All in favor: motion carried. Final approval for Philip Buckingham minor subdivision granted.
•4. C. Siegel signed the Mylar Map of the final plat and 3 copies (two copies for Oneida County and one for the APB). Siegel reminded the Gangne's that they must file the map with the county within 62 days.
2nd order of business:
•1. Chair Siegel introduced Mr. Wendell Van Pelt to the members of the board. Mr. Van Pelt applied to become a member of the APB.
•2. The board members interviewed Mr. Van Pelt.
•3. Chair Siegel will recommend Mr. Van Pelt to the Town board as an alternate board member of the Annsville Planning Board.
Training: Chair Siegel presented several training opportunities to the members to include
•q January 26, 2010: A Comprehensive Plan. Sponsored by the Members of the Local Government Education Committee (LGEC)
•q The Tug Hill Commission's 21st Annual Local Government Conference registration brochure is being mailed out to local officials this week. The conference will be held at Jefferson Community College in Watertown, New York, on Thursday, April 1st.
Minutes of the December 16, 2009 meeting: The members reviewed the minutes. R. Link motioned to approve the minutes; D. Cook 2nd; all in favor; motion approved.
Chair Siegel opened the floor to the public at 8:22 PM. There was no public in attendance
Motion to adjourn was made by C Siegel at 8:24 PM: 2nd R. Link. All in favor, motion approved.
The next meeting date is February 17, 2010 at 7:30 PM.
The Annsville Town Board Meeting is on the 2nd Tuesday of the Month: 7 PM February 9, 2010.
